We selected a driver ( Mr Kim) that spoke “basic English “ because we knew exactly what we wanted to see and had studied the location, route and time involved in advance of arriving on our cruise ship to Jeju Island. Our driver was courteous, an excellent driver with had an immaculate car. We had him take us to the Ocellus tea plantation ( amazing for purchasing high end tea products) and a specific area to shop afterwards in Jeju City . It was an excellent day overall. “The guide was waiting for us at the exit of the terminal as promised. The excursion was just the right length, not too long, not too short. Saw 4 different places and for the first one, the sunrise peak, you have to be very fit to go up because it is very steep. The only thing that I would suggest is for the guide to be more clear on what happens when we get off the bus. Like for the first place, she didn’t say where was the entrance and that we had to wait for her to get the tickets.”
